Traci Austen

Traci has been in recruitment for so many years that she wears a T-shirt saying "Been There Recruited for That"!

She is an excellent Banking Temps Controller and over the years has also covered secretarial, administration and clerical. Traci began to specialise in Banking Operations and Stockbroking in 1987, joining Austen Smythe in 1989 and has over the years supplied temps to all the major Banks.

She lives in North London with a cat, a dog, a child and a husband - all that is missing is the goldfish. Traci's claim to fame is that she is often mistaken for a young Doris Day and to this end she tap dances and sings her way to and from work, causing chaos in her wake.

Tessa Beck
Tessa graduated from Birmingham University more years ago than she cares to remember. Her career in Recruitment started with petrochemical engineers for the oil industry in the Middle East and has culminated in the Banking industry. She joined and set up Austen Smythe in 1989. She specialises in permanent placements for back office operations and all of corporate and structured finance.

She lives in South East London with her Scottish Terrier and Sealyham Terrier, she is also the proud owner of an Eglu Cube and 4 laying hens.

An eccentric character by her own admission, she is a mix of her effervescent Greek mother and "Old School" Bank Manager father and is often seen smashing plates when things don't go her way.
